Rahe Nazat Institute – Refund Policy
What is a Refund?
If a learner is unable to access a course due to technical issues on the website/app, does not receive the resources promised in the course, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another at Rahe Nazat Institute, the user may request a refund. All requests are subject to a formal verification process.
How to Request a Refund?
Whether you have purchased an individual course, a bundle, or a live/recorded class, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your payment.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Call +8801700-918813 (10 AM – 10 PM) or email rahenazatinstitute@gmail.com stating the email address and phone number used for the purchase.

A customer support representative will send you a form (via SMS or Email) to officially submit your refund request with your purchase details.

Refund requests are only valid if the institute is notified via the official contact number or email within 48 hours of purchase.
Note: Refunds do not apply to e-books. For subscription-based courses, refunds are not applicable once the classes for that specific course have commenced.
Refund Processing & Timeline

Method: The refund will be processed through the same payment gateway/medium used by the customer during the initial purchase.

Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be completed within 7-10 working days.

Confirmation: A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the user once the transaction is successful.
When is a Refund NOT Applicable?
A refund request will be rejected under the following circumstances:

If the request is submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.

If you have already watched more than 2 or 3 premium/paid videos/classes. (Eligibility ends after the 3rd class).

If you have already earned the Course Certificate or participated in course quizzes/tests.
-
If you continue with course activities (downloading materials, attempting tests) while a refund request is in progress.

If the purchase is for an E-book.

If the purchase is for a Subscription-based course and the classes have already started.
Course Transfers & Adjustments
In the case of a mistaken purchase or if a customer wishes to switch to a different course, a transfer can be initiated via a voucher:

If the new course price is higher, the user must pay the additional amount.

If the new course price is lower, the user will receive a refund of the balance through the original payment medium within the standard timeline.

This applies to switching between Live Classes and Recorded Classes and vice-versa.
What Happens After a Refund Request?
Upon submission, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked. Rahe Nazat Institute will notify you of the status within 3 working days. Once accepted, you will be unenrolled, and all course progress will be permanently removed. If you wish to join the course again in the future, you must start from the beginning.
Rahe Nazat Institute reserves the full authority to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time based on specific case scenarios.
